Friday features a number of quality NCAA Basketball day games, including Dayton vs St. John’s. Who’ll win that and other matchups?

What a day we had on Thursday. The Charleston Classic and Myrtle Beach Invitational had almost every game come down to the wire and we got to see some buzzer beaters today. There were also some other great games throughout the day. Missouri beat Minnesota at Williams Arena by using a 31-9 run over the last 10 minutes of the game to erase a 20-point deficit. UMass Lowell almost made it two wins over Power 5 teams in the same week but blew a late lead to Arizona State. Finally, the Presbyterian Blue Hose are undefeated. They won 5 games last season and have started this season at 4-0 with a win over Vanderbilt and have won games on the road.

I didn’t start out well on the day as I lost the first game of the day but had a nice recovery and went 25-7 overall on the day for a total of 360-96. There are a lot more tournaments that get started today and there are going to be more great games with huge tournament implications even in November. Next. 5 MTEs to watch for upcoming week. dark

Tournament play resumes today and no one is ever safe during Feast Week. Stanford should be on upset alert against Eastern Washington. Saint Bonaventure is a team I picked to win and will give Auburn a great game. Hopefully the Bonnies can pull it off. San Diego State and Saint Mary’s is the game of the night. It is hard to believe that after tonight one of those teams will have a .500 record. It is early and they will both waltz to the NCAA tournament but were those teams not as good as we all thought?  Enjoy the games and see you again tomorrow.
