NCAA Basketball: Game Picks for Day 14 of 2023-24 season

It’s the end of a couple of early MTE NCAA Basketball tournaments, with Dayton and Houston facing off in the finals of the Charleston Classic.

Even with a lighter slate of games on Saturday there was still a huge upset and a power five team who looked mighty impressive. Bryant went into Boca Raton and beat a top 10 Florida Atlantic team. The Owls shot under 30% from the floor and took an inexplicable loss to Bryant. The Bulldogs have been struggling all season and just recently saw their coach resign. It was a huge win for the Bulldogs but in no way ends the Owls season, they are still the favorites in their conference and should make the NCAA tournament fairly easily.

Nebraska was the power five team who looked impressive. Their revamped roster is currently 5-0 and can shoot it, they are one of the best rebounding teams in the country, and their defense is legitimate. Nebraska destroyed Oregon State yesterday and looked mighty impressive even if the Beavers do not appear to be very good.

Yesterday I went 36-11 and that gives me a 13-day total of 449-132 overall. Today is going to bring us champions in Myrtle Beach and Charleston. It will also be the start of the Cayman Islands Classic and the Empire Classic. The Empire Classic is going to bring some huge games and will provide an early season chance for two teams to get huge resume boosting wins. The picks for day 14 November 19, 2023 are below.

Huge slate of games today and there are a lot of ranked teams in action. Kent State and Missouri State is the best mid major game of the day. I picked Northwestern to win today against Mississippi State. Can the Big Ten get a huge win against a power 5 conference team?  UCF is on upset alert as they play a tough South Dakota State team in Jacksonville.
