NCAA Basketball: Picks for Day 22 of 2023-24 season

It’s a quiet Monday slate of NCAA Basketball games after the conclusion of Feast Week but there’s some solid games, including Saint Mary’s vs Utah.

As we get closer to December and conference play the games on the weekdays are going to start getting less and less. Feast Week is over which means it will be a long time before there is wall to wall basketball everyday. The good thing is that College Football is about over so the Saturday slates are going to start getting better. Florida Atlantic won the ESPN Events Invitational and UNC Greensboro won the Baha Mar Nassau Championship. Hope you all enjoyed Feast Week as much as I did.

I did not do to well on my picks yesterday I went 28-19. 19 was the most incorrect games I have gotten so far. My 21 day total is 731-252 overall. Most of the power schools in action today have a tune up before the meat of the schedule. Conference play in the Big Ten starts this weekend and there are going to be tons of non conference rivalry games over the next 7 days. It is going to be a great week especially for that subset of fans who only likes to watch conference games. Picks for day 22 November 27th, 2023 are below.

Rutgers over Saint Peter’s

Eastern Kentucky over Troy

Elon over Presbyterian

Fordham over Manhattan

Wisconsin over Western Illinois

Hampton over UMBC

Santa Barbara over Fresno State

Washington State over Eastern Washington

Saint Mary’s over Utah

San Jose State over North Dakota State

The games are not great on the Monday after Thanksgiving weekend but that is to be expected given how much basketball most of the teams played over the last couple of weeks. Saint Mary’s and Utah is the best game of the day. Eastern Kentucky and Troy is the best mid major game of the day. Outside of Saint Mary’s and Fresno State there is not any other games with upset potential. Enjoy the games and see you tomorrow.
