No. 2 Arizona (6-0) vs. Colgate (4-3), Sat, Dec. 2, 3:00 PM ET, PAC-12 Network

Exit Azuolas Tubelis, Kerr Kriisa, and Courtney Ramey enter Caleb Love, Keshad Johnson, and Motiejus Krivas. A year after their first-round upset at the hands of 15th-seeded Princeton, the Arizona Wildcats (6-0) have come out of the gates scorching hot. The No. 2 Wildcats enter Saturday’s contest with Patriot League favorite Colgate at 6-0 after knocking off No. 21 Michigan State the last time out.

Offensively the Wildcats have been an absolute buzzsaw so far this season, netting over 95 points per game, eclipsing the 100-point mark three times, and shooting over 51% from the field as a team with six players in double figures, including all three of the aforementioned newcomers.

Head Coach Tommy Lloyd has set his team up to be in position for a No. 1 seed with the schedule he put together. They already have victories over Duke and Michigan State and still have contests with No. 1 Purdue, No. 23 Alabama, and No. 13 Florida Atlantic before Pac-12 play begins.

Saturday afternoon’s contest with Colgate (4-3) must not be overlooked by the Wildcats, especially with Wisconsin and the three top-25 games as their next four. Even though the schedule says the Wildcats have the makings of a potential No. 1 seed, they need to take care of business against Colgate to keep the train running full speed ahead.
