Coach Steve Forbes has a good history with star guards, and MAAC Player of the Year guard Kennedy could be the next. The freshman playmaker is set to lead the offense, with Ray and McDowell a solid backcourt to work with.
Wake Forest’s concerns are similar to Georgia Tech’s when it comes to a lack of a frontcourt, hoping that Dorn can be effective with likely more playing time at center. Defense could be a big issue with this current roster, as well as size and shooting, putting a ton of pressure on Kennedy to play well.
