Key Reserves

Guard – Boogie Fland (Freshman)

The highest rated of Arkansas’s young recruits, Fland is a 4-star combo guard who’ll earn himself significant run this upcoming season. He can shoot the cover off the ball and can develop into a total offensive player. He’s a bit undersized and still has room for growth, but is a dynamic raw prospect who could be a key shooter off the bench throughout the year.

Forward – Adou Thiero (Junior)

Another transplant from Lexington, Thiero is a 6’6 wing who spent his first two collegiate seasons with Calipari at Kentucky. A backup as a freshman, he earned more consistent minutes last year, averaging 7.2 points and 5.0 rebounds a game for the Wildcats. His game took a big step forward last season and this staff is hoping for more development and efficiency in year three.

Guard – Melo Sanchez (Junior)

Certainly among the most unique additions to this roster, Sanchez comes to the Razorbacks by way of Hawaii Pacific. He spent his first two seasons developing into one of the best long-range shooters in D2 basketball. He’s got a knack for scoring and hitting outside shots, though we’ll have to see what kind of adjustment he needs to life in the SEC.

Forward – Billy Richmond III (Freshman)

Another 4-star prospect, Richmond is a sizeable wing originally from New Jersey who might be the most underrated weapon in the recruiting class. He’s an explosive athlete who does a bit of everything, though he’s yet to really develop that outside shooting touch. He’ll have a chance to earn a role in this rotation, especially with his ability to create for his teammates.

Forward – Zvonimir Ivisic (Sophomore)

Originally from Croatia, Ivisic is a 7’2 big man who joined Kentucky last season and is another piece to follow Calipari to Fayetteville. Boasting impressive size and potential, Ivisic averaged 5.5 points and 3.3 rebounds in a very limited role as a true freshman. Now, he has a chance to earn more consistent minutes backing up in the frontcourt, especially if he can take a sophomore leap.
