After turning Saint Mary’s into one of the best mid-major programs in the country for the last decade, Coach Randy Bennett now comes to Tempe to rebuild the Sun Devils. He brings with him Murauskas, one of the top players in the WCC and an effective forward. Deftly and Griman add depth to the frontcourt.
Foxwell was a top freshman in the WCC, and Innocenti is a good wing defender. But the lack of proven high-major players on this roster limits the ceiling for ASU, unless Bennett can turn a roster filled with WCC all-stars into a contending Big 12 unit early on.
