Sunday Bottom 10 Rankings: College Basketball’s Toughest Watch
Credit to Chicago State for pulling an upset over Loyola Chicago and climbing out of the cellar. The question now is which team will be next to escape.
Here is last weeks bottom 10. Without further ado, here are the current Bottom 10 teams in all of college basketball.
365. Mississippi Valley State Delta Devils (1–9)
Mississippi Valley State remains at the bottom of the rankings. The Delta Devils have dropped eight straight games, with each of their last four losses coming by double digits. Their most recent outing at Kansas State saw them surrender 108 points, marking the fourth time this season they have allowed 100 or more. Mississippi Valley State is one of five SWAC teams with just one win. Up next are games against Tarleton State on Tuesday and at Florida State on Friday.
364. South Carolina State Bulldogs (0–11)
South Carolina State is still searching for its first win of the season and remains the only winless team in the MEAC. The Bulldogs have been inconsistent on both ends of the floor, recently allowing 102 points in one loss and scoring just 44 in another. They will face South Carolina Upstate on Tuesday before hosting non-Division I Brewton-Parker on Friday, a game that represents their best chance yet to get into the win column.
