8. Terrance Brown, Utah Utes

Utah’s record has been uneven, but Brown’s scoring production has remained constant. The junior guard is averaging 21.6 points per game, building off a 20.6-point campaign a season ago. Brown has been especially effective recently, averaging 24.5 points over his last two games. As Utah navigates the challenges of Big 12 play, his scoring remains the team’s most reliable asset.

7. Nolan Minnessale, St. Thomas Tommies

Minnessale has been one of the biggest breakout scorers in the country. The sophomore is averaging 22.0 points per game for a St. Thomas team that appears poised to contend in the Summit League. He has recorded three straight games with at least 23 points and has nearly doubled his scoring output from last season. If the Tommies reach March, Minnessale could become a national storyline.
