Charlotte Hornets
14. Hannes Steinbach
- 2025-26 stats (Washington): 18.5 ppg and 11.8 rpg
18. (via Orlando) - Christian Anderson
- 2025-26 stats (Texas Tech): 18.5 ppg and 7.4 apg
Coming off their first competitive season in years, the Hornets had two top-20 picks. The first was Steinbach, one of the top interior scorers in the draft, who gives them a needed scoring boost to balance out the offense. Anderson is one of the best combo guards in the draft and a potential steal at 18, giving Charlotte another ball-handler and off-ball shooter who can play alongside LaMelo Ball. Assuming these two can crack the rotation, this will be a successful draft for the Hornets.

Chicago Bulls
4. Caleb Wilson
- 2025-26 stats (North Carolina): 19.8 ppg and 9.4 rpg
15. (via Portland) - Dailyn Swain
- 2025-26 stats (Texas): 17.3 ppg, 7.5 rpg, and 3.6 apg
The Bulls may have missed out on the top 3, but No. 4 pick Wilson could end up being a multi-time all-star in his own right. Swain is a more interesting pick because he’s not a shooter, a potential weakness on the roster, but a talent nonetheless. For a franchise likely to fully embrace rebuilding, getting the best available mid-round is understandable.

Cleveland Cavaliers
34. Meleek Thomas
- 2025-26 stats (Arkansas): 15.6 ppg and 2.5 apg
Even after electing to trade down into the second round, Cleveland managed to get a prospect that had lottery potential at some point. Thomas showed he can be a lead guard at Arkansas whenever Darius Acuff is out. Now, the Cavs have the chance to get Thomas as a rotation guard and, in the perfect world, as an eventual replacement for James Harden.Â
