Virginia Tech Hokies - D+

Virginia Tech had a pretty bland season last year going 0-5 in Quad 1 games and only 4-10 in Quad 2 games. Going into the offseason they were looking to turn things around and it really hasn't gone the best so far. They got great news early on finding out that Tobi Lawal will be returning next year. Sadly for VT a lot of the other better players either graduated or transferred out.

In the transfer portal so far, they've been able to pick up three players: Amani Hansberry, a 6-8 Forward from West Virginia; Izaiah Pasha, a 6-4 Guard/Forward from Delaware; and Jailen Bedford, a 6-4 Guard from UNLV. Their high school class hasn't been much to write home about either, only picking up two commits, those players being a 4-star center in Christian Gurdak and a 4-star forward in Sincere Jones, both from around the Virginia area.

Based on the offseason VT has had you should not expect fantastic results, as they could have a very similar year to last year and not really be in contention for the ACC.
