37. OKC Thunder (via Dallas) - Richie Saunders
2025-26 stats (BYU): 18 ppg and 5.8 rpg
Before his season-ending injury, Saunders had a case for being the best pure shooter in college basketball. The former All-Big 12 guard shot nearly 40% from deep in four years at BYU and has the size to be an effective NBA contributor. OKC, which has several picks in the draft, can afford to see if it can add Saunders as another lethal shooter in the rotation.
38. Chicago Bulls (via New Orleans) - Luigi Suigo
2025-26 stats (Serbia): 7.9 ppg and 5.1 rpg
In a draft that lacks a ton of center talent, the 7’3 Italian big man has gotten plenty of attention in the past few months. He projects to be a quality interior presence with a high ceiling. After trading Nikola Vucevic at the NBA Trade Deadline, the Bulls will likely be looking to add multiple frontcourt players in the draft or free agency.
39. Houston Rockers (via Chicago) - Braden Smith
2025-26 stats (Purdue): 14.3 ppg and 8.8 apg
The season-ending injury to Fred VanVleet proved fatal for the Rockets, leaving them without a true point guard to run the team. There’s no more true PG in the NBA Draft than Smith, the NCAA’s all-time assists leader. He’d be a natural fit on a roster that will need some ball-creation next year.
40. Boston Celtics (via Milwaukee) - Ryan Conwell
2025-26 stats (Louisville): 18.8 ppg and 4.8 rpg
At three different teams, Conwell proved to be an elite scorer and overall shooter in college basketball. His self-creation will be helpful in the NBA, going to a Boston team that’s in need of other scorers outside of Jaylen Brown and Jason Tatum.
