Coach Jai Lucas easily had one of the top transfer classes a year ago, paving the way for a successful first season. This time around, he and Miami are set to be led by Henderson, a logical breakout candidate and likely lead option next season as a sophomore. Lewis was a lead guard at Villanova as a freshman, while both returning Allens should also get higher roles.
Cyril, one of the top interior defenders in the SEC, replaces Udeh as the key center for Miami. Goode, who earned Horizon League POY honors, is one of the top frontcourt sharpshooters and provides spacing, while Gaskins is a top-30 prospect who gives them depth and could be a high-impact freshman, similar to what Henderson did a year ago.
