NCAA Basketball: Picks for Day 21 of the 2024-25 season

After a slow day of College Basketball that didn't see much in the way of impact games. The schedule picks up in a big way today.

It was a pretty light day of hoops considering that there was huge games in the other money making college sport today. Congratulations to UC San Diego for winning the Boardwalk Battle. Marquette beat Georgia in the Bahamas. That game was not part of a tournament, it was just a game that Georgia chose to schedule as a neutral site game in a different country. Stanford survived a scare from upset-minded Santa Clara. That was it for the games that had a storyline. Everything else was what you would expect from an uneventful Saturday in College Basketball.

Yesterday, I went 40-11 in my picks. That brings my 20-day total to 676-199 overall. The schedule gets going again in a big way today. There are tournament games all over the schedule, and it is going to be a primer for a huge Monday in the sport that will see the biggest tournaments of Feast Week. There are some Champions to be crowned today. In the Charleston Classic, Vanderbilt and Drake determine the winner of that tournament. The Greenbrier title is also Wisconsin and Pitt's game of the day. Pitt plays fantastic defense and has an athletic frontcourt. Wisconsin has been blowing teams out and is led by their guards. It will be a good one. In the Myrtle Beach Invitational, Bradley and Middle Tennessee battle it out in what should be a high-scoring affair between two conference favorites. Georgia is playing another random game in the Bahamas. Rutgers is going on the road to Kennesaw State in an upset special game. The Owls have enough to give the Scarlet Knights a game. Enjoy the hoops.
