7. Florida Gators - 9-0

Due to the SEC's collective early-season domination, Florida has fallen under the radar a bit despite its unbeaten start to the year. They have wins over Virginia, Florida State, and Wake Forest, none of whom are sure bets to make the Big Dance.

However, this is a roster equipped to do damage in March. Senior guard Walter Clayton (18.4 ppg and 3.8 apg) is one of the best perimeter players in NCAA Basketball. Plus, Alijah Martin (15.2 ppg), has given them a nice boost, coming over from Florida Atlantic.

Center Micah Handlogten isn’t playing this season, but sophomore Alex Condon (13.0 ppg and 7.0 rpg) has stepped up in his place. Plus. Sam Alexis, Thomas Haugh, and Rueben Chinyelu give them plenty of depth inside.

With double-digit scoring guard Will Richard also in the mix, the Gators have no real weaknesses on their roster and can compete with any team. Their problem right now is that they simply haven’t been tested against a legit opponent, compared to the rest of the teams in this list. Once they beat one of them in SEC play, Florida will be looked at as an even bigger threat to watch.
