15. BYU Cougars
Incoming five-star and potential No. 1 pick in the 2026 NBA Draft AJ Dybantsa will be the focal point for BYU in 2025-26, however, it’s the Cougars’ quality transfer portal class that will help BYU build off its Sweet 16 run from last season.
Perhaps the biggest addition to BYU’s transfer portal class is Baylor transfer Rob Wright III. Just a freshman last season, Wright averaged 11.1 PPG and 4.2 APG. Wright's advanced skill set -- not only as a true floor general but also as a guard who has shown he has deep range -- is a perfect fit for BYU’s system that needed a point guard this offseason. He will likely be paired alongside SIU transfer Kennard Davis at the two, who averaged 16.3 PPG and five boards for the Salukis last season.
Rounding out notable additions to BYU’s transfer portal class include 6-foot-4 guard Nate Pickens (UC Riverside) and forward Tyler Mrus (Idaho) to help bolster BYU’s depth on a team that will have no shortage of firepower in 2025-26.
