5. Finley Bizjack - Butler
2025-26 stats: 17.1 ppg and 2.5 apg
Bizjack was an all-league guard for the Bulldogs this year, shooting 43% from the field and 35% from deep. The junior guard had 11 games of at least 20 points, including 30 in double-OT against Providence. As a proven high-major guard with one more year of eligibility, Bizjack will be near the top of most teams’ portal boards.
4. Baye Ndongo - Georgia Tech
2025-26 stats: 11.8 ppg and 8.1 rpg
The 6’9 forward started all 90 games for the Yellow Jackets in three years, including an All-ACC honor two seasons ago. Ndongo shot 56% from the field this year and had a trio of games with at least 20 points, including 27 at home against North Carolina. He can play and defend both frontcourt positions and is one of the best rebounders in the nation.
3. Jeremiah Wilkinson - Georgia
2025-26 stats: 17.4 ppg and 2.0 rpg
After scoring 15 ppg as a freshman at Cal, Wilkinson had an even better year at Georgia, shooting 36% from deep on seven attempts a game, along with doubling his total steal amount to become more of a two-way threat. Even as an undersized 6’1 two-guard, Wilkinson will be a top portal target just by being one of the best pure scorers in the nation.
2. Somto Cyril - Georgia
2025-26 stats: 9.3 ppg and 5.4 rpg
The former top-50 prospect has emerged as one of the better interior defenders in the country, leading the SEC with 2.2 blocks per game, including six in an overtime win over Auburn. Cyril shot nearly 76% from inside the arc and was part of the All-SEC defensive team, making him a coveted center option in the portal.
1. Jackson Shelstad - Oregon
2025-26 stats (12 games): 15.6 ppg, 4.9 apg
Injuries limited Shelstad this season after he was putting up career-high numbers. But in 79 games in three years, the junior playmaker has career numbers of 13.6 ppg and 3.0 apg, shooting 35% from deep. The 6’0 guard’s ability to play on and off the ball makes him a coveted prospect in the portal.
