90. Jelani Hamilton - Georgia State
2025-26 stats: 17.8 ppg and 4.6 rpg
The 6’5 guard broke out in his sophomore campaign, shooting 37% from the field and 34% from deep. 11 of Hamilton’s 27 games went for at least 20 points, including a career-high 38 against Arkansas State. One great quality for Hamilton is his 84% FT rate on nearly seven attempts a game, and with better shot selection, he could be a consistent double-digit scorer if he moves up.
89. Isaiah Elohim - Florida Atlantic
2025-26 stats: 12.4 ppg and 4.2 rpg
The former top-50 prospect out of high school left USC a year ago and finished 3rd on the Owls in scoring, shooting 47% from the field and 37% from three-point range. He had a trio of 20-point outings in the final few weeks, including 22 points and seven rebounds against Rice. The 6’5 guard is likely to return to the high-major ranks and is a native of Kingston, New York.
88. Isaac Garrett - Oakland
2025-26 stats: 13.7 ppg and 7.1 rpg
Injuries hampered the 6’8 former JUCO star’s progress in the final month of the season. But Isaac still had plenty of strong performances, shooting 54% from the field and producing seven double-doubles. He also had 30 points in a win over Robert Morris, including making all 16 of his free throw attempts that game.
87. Karson Templin - Utah State
2025-26 stats: 8.8 ppg and 4.2 rpg
The 6’8 forward was the Mountain West 6th Man of the Year this past season, shooting 50% from the field overall. Templin had six games with at least 15 points off the bench, including 20 against Memphis. While not the most potent scorer, Templin can fit on just about any team looking for frontcourt depth.
86. Rodney Brown Jr. - LMU
2025-26 stats: 14 ppg and 2.4 rpg
After limited production at his previous stops (Cal and Virginia Tech), Brown broke out in the WCC at LMU. He shot 43% from the field and 38% from deep on 7.4 attempts a game. The 6’6 wing had four games with at least 20 points, including 28 against Arkansas-Pine Bluff, going 8/13 from deep in that game.
85. Larry Hughes - Cal State Northridge
2025-26 stats: 17.7 ppg and 2.9 rpg
After three years at Saint Louis, averaging around 5.0 ppg, Hughes broke out in the Big West this year, shooting nearly 40% from deep on nearly eight attempts a game. The 6’4 shooting guard had 12 games of at least 20 points, including a career-high 34 points in a win over UC San Diego in the Big West Tournament. With Hughes reportedly having a medical waiver for another year, the Saint Louis native should have a good amount of interest.
84. Seth Hubbard - Milwaukee
2025-26 stats (9 games): 16.6 ppg and 3.3 rpg
Injuries limited Hubbard to just nine games before a season-ending injury, but he was producing career-high numbers, including 21 points and the game-winning shot against Robert Morris, as well as 23 versus Wofford. The 6’4 shooting guard will be looking for his fourth D-I team, but between this year and the 14.1 ppg at Western Michigan in 2023-25, Hubbard will get a fair amount of interest.
83. Michael James - Mississippi Valley State
2025-26 stats: 21.8 ppg and 2.8 apg
The Delta Devils went 3-30 on the season, but the one bright spot was James, one of the top 15 scorers in the nation. The 6’1 guard shot 44% from the field and 34% from deep and had a trio of 30+ point outings. One of them was 32 points at home against Jackson State in SWAC play.
82. Adam Olsen - South Alabama
2025-26 stats: 16.7 ppg and 4.1 rpg
The 6’8 Canadian forward is one of the most prolific three-point shooters from the transfer portal, shooting almost 40% from deep on 8.3 attempts a game. Olsen had 14 games with at least 20 points, including 29 in a win over Louisiana Monroe, making eight shots from deep. He played in South Alabama’s unique zone defensive scheme, so Olsen’s defense could be a question on a new team.
81. TJ Burch - Wright State
2025-26 stats: 12.4 ppg and 3.6 apg
After limited production as a freshman at Ball State, Burch broke out with the Raiders this past season. That was especially true on the defensive end, leading the Horizon League with 2.6 steals a game, earning Conference Defensive Player of the Year honors. Burch’s scoring emerged late in the year, averaging 19 ppg in the three conference tournament games to make the NCAA Tournament.
