9 of 16

40. Sebastian Rancik - Colorado

2025-26 stats: 12.3 ppg and 5.6 rpg

The 6’9 forward took a nice leap in his second year, shooting 40% from the field and 33% from deep as an emerging stretch option. Rancik had eight games of at least 15 points, including 24 against Eastern Washington in the opening week. The former top-100 prospect still has room for more development with two more years left and has become a legit high-major starter.

39. Roman Siulepa - Pittsburgh

2025-26 stats: 10 ppg and 5.5 rpg

After a slow start to the season, the 6’6 forward from Australia had some notable performances in ACC play. That includes 15 points and 15 rebounds against Wake Forest in OT, along with 22 in a win over Notre Dame. Sileupa is a quality offensive rebounder with plenty of athleticism and three years of eligibility.

38. Alex Wilkins - Furman

2025-26 stats: 17.8 ppg and 4.7 apg

The 6’5 freshman guard led Furman in both scoring and rebounding this past season, shooting 46% from the field. Wilkins had seven games with at least 25 points, including a season-high 34 in the SoCon Tournament win over UNCG en route to making the NCAA Tournament, where he dropped a respectable 21 points against UConn in the Round of 64. Among all of the freshmen mid-major guards, Wilkins has one of the best odds of succeeding in moving up to the high-major ranks.

37. Colby Garland - San Jose State

2025-26 stats: 20.3 ppg and 4.6 apg

After stints at Drake and Longwood, Garland is coming off a career campaign in the Mountain West. The 6’1 guard shot 49% from the field and 37% from deep, including a pair of 30-point outings. Garland, who ended the season with 12 straight games of at least 20 points, represents one of the more efficient perimeter players out of the portal.

36. Joel Foxwell - Portland

2025-26 stats: 15.6 ppg, 4.3 rpg, and 6.5 apg

The 6’1 playmaker earned All-WCC honors in his first year, ranking in the top-15 nationally in assists overall. Foxwell had six games of at least 10 assists, along with a 35-point outing in a win over Pepperdine. He wasn’t overly efficient (39% FG) but could thrive with a different supporting cast at a high-major.
