3. Javon Small, West Virginia Mountaineers

Simply put, Javon Small is the embodiment of West Virginia basketball. The East Carolina/Oklahoma State transfer has been among the most significant instant impact transfers in NCAA basketball, averaging 19.2 points alongside five boards and five assists per game. In West Virginia's 62-61 win over Kansas -- its first-ever win over the Jayhawks in Allen Fieldhouse -- Small recorded 13 points, 6 assists and 11 rebounds. He has posted double-figure scoring nights in every single game. This type of all-around impact from a 6-foot-2 guard is extraordinary. Buy stuck now because Small will be a problem throughout Big 12 play.

2. Chaz Lanier, Tennessee Volunteers

Rick Barnes and the top-ranked Tennessee Volunteers have found their next Dalton Knecht. Although Knecht and Lanier are different players in many aspects, both know how to put the ball in the hoop. And Knoxville has been a perfect fit for the North Florida transfer, who is averaging 19.6 PPG on 45.3% shooting from three.

Lanier does most of his damage behind the three-point line, specifically off of catch-and-shoot. When you have a nifty PG Zakai Ziegler setting you up as well as the 6-foot-10 playmaker in Charlotte transfer Igor Milicic Jr, good things tend to happen. Especially when you connect on nearly half of your triples, which is why the Vols have had a tremendous impact from Lanier.

1. PJ Haggerty, Memphis Tigers

The Memphis Tigers are rolling and one of the more prolific scorers in NCAA Basketball, PJ Haggerty, is a key reason why. Haggerty, a transfer from TCU and Tulsa, has increased his three-point percentage from 28.9% last season to 40.5% this season. He’s averaging 22 PPG, 5.8 RPG and 3.4 APG and is the clear-cut front-runner for AAC POY.

Haggerty makes an impact on both ends of the floor and because of this, the Memphis Tigers are having their best season yet, making Haggerty the top impact transfer so far this college basketball season.
