The 6-foot guard from Westfield, Indiana, averages 13.3 points and 9.1 assists through ten games. Smith recorded 15 points and 12 assists in Purdue’s blowout win over Minnesota and followed it with another strong outing against Iowa State. With the Boilermakers pushing for a national title, Smith is firmly in the conversation for National Player of the Year.
