1. Jaden Bediako and Dre Davis are underrated

The Seton Hall Pirates had some huge question marks when it came to their big man heading into the season, but that may be answered with the help of Jaden Bediako. The transfer from Santa Clara has plenty of experience in college basketball, and his help has been huge for Seton Hall this season.

He had the tough task of dealing with Donovan Clingan for most of this one, and he stood up to the task in a great way. Clingan still finished with 14 points, but Bediako showed he was much more comfortable in this lineup, and picked up some huge rebounds in this game. Bediako picked up 10 points and nine rebounds, just shy of a double-double. These Pirates were dominant with their paint play, and that was due to the strength of Bediako holding it down low.

They also got some greatness from Dre Davis yet again, who has really come into his own this season. He came through with 17 points and five rebounds, and the Pirates have looked way different after his contributions started to come in. He provides solid rebounding ability, dynamic scoring, and great size defensively.

This team now has their big man in Bediako, and a great scoring option in Davis, these were two issues they needed to solve, and they did just that. The Pirates now look like a complete team, and not the rag-tag team put together that they were expected to be heading into the year. Now, the team looks to Xavier, and to starting Big East play on fire after upsetting the top team in the conference.
