2. AJ Storr (Kansas)

2023-24 Season at Wisconsin: 16.8 PPG | 3.9 RPG | 0.9 APG | 28.8 MPG | 43.4 FG% | 32.0 3PT%

An already talented Kansas roster got even better with the signing of AJ Storr. The 6’7 wing will find a new home for the third time in as many seasons after previous stints with St. John’s and Wisconsin. Storr’s game elevated in his sophomore season with the Badgers as he led the team in scoring. Storr had an impressive run in the Big Ten Tournament last season with scoring outputs of 30, 24, 20, and 16. The Badgers' postseason run was cut short by the 12th-seeded James Madison Dukes in their opening game of the NCAA Tournament.

Storr will provide the Jayhawks with another proven scorer, though it will be interesting to see how Storr meshes with the immensely talented roster that Bill Self has for the 2024-25 season.

1. Norchad Omier (Baylor)

2023-24 Season at Miami: 17.0 PPG | 10.0 RPG | 1.2 APG | 1.5 SPG | 30.6 MPG | 55.2 FG% | 35.3 3PT%

Norchad Omier has been the definition of a “stat sheet stuffer” over the course of his four years of college basketball. Omier has averaged a double-double in each of the previous four seasons and is a no-brainer to come in at the top spot in the Big 12 transfer rankings.

The two-time transfer spent two years at Arkansas State before playing two seasons with the Miami Hurricanes, where he became a two-time All-ACC selection. The 6’7 forward will now join a talented Baylor team that has their sights set on a return to college basketball glory in 2025.
