16. Rylan Griffen (Kansas)

2023-24 Season at Alabama: 11.2 PPG | 3.4 RPG | 1.9 APG | 26.3 MPG | 45.4 FG% | 39.2 3PT%

The first of 3 Kansas transfer portal additions to appear in the top 20 is Rylan Griffen, a transfer from Alabama. The 6’6 guard was a vital part of the Crimson Tide’s run to the Final Four a season ago. During the 5 NCAA Tournament games, Griffen averaged 12.4 points per game while shooting 48% from 3-point territory on 5.4 attempts per game.

Griffen will now be suiting up for a school that has Final Four aspirations just about every season. Griffen will certainlylook to be a high-impact player on a Kansas Jayhawk team that already retains great talent while managing to add some key pieces from the transfer portal. The Jayhawks will be one of the favorites to win the NCAA Tournament in 2025. Griffen may find himself playing the role of a 6th man with the Jayhawks.

15. Milos Uzan (Houston)

2023-24 Season at Oklahoma: 9.0 PPG | 3.4 RPG | 4.4 APG | 31.5 MPG | 39.2 FG% | 29.6 3PT%

Milos Uzan is no stranger to the Big 12 Conference, coming over from the departing Oklahoma Sooners. While Kelvin Sampson will likely not be able to replace all the production of superstar and conference player of the year Jamal Shead with just one player, Milos Uzan does fill a void at the point guard position. Uzan will have two years of eligibility remaining after starting in 56 of 64 career appearances with the Sooners.
