Ohio State Buckeyes: Trusting the upside

Jake Diebler has opted to roll the dice, landing a pair of former highly-coveted recruits in five-star center Aaron Bradshaw, who spent a season at Kentucky, and four-star wing Sean Stewart, who spent a season at Duke.

Both are raw talents with untapped potential and showed glimpses of promise last season. Stewart, despite the small sample at Duke, is an excellent shot-blocking board crasher. Bradshaw, a seven-footer with a 7-foot-4 wingspan, is a fluid, shot-blocking finisher with a nice-looking spot-up jumper.

Both Stewart and Bradshaw didn’t log a ton of minutes last season. With Zed Key (Dayton) and Felix Okpara (Tennessee) gone, minutes will open up in the frontcourt -- and the storyline for Diebler is trusting the upside with its young, talented pieces entering the 2024-25 season.
