18. Selton Miguel (Maryland)

2023-24 season at South Florida: 14.7 PPG | 3.2 RPG | 2.2 APG | 41.1 FG% | 39.0 3PT%

Miguel comes over to the Terrapins after leading South Florida to the outright AAC regular season championship and its first postseason berth since 2018-19. Maryland head coach Kevin Willard looks to revamp the roster after a dreadful 2024 campaign and hopes Miguel can translate his game to the Big Ten. Miguel isn't a player who will light up from a distance, but he gives the Terrapins a much-needed scoring option, something it lacked last year.

Miguel also has prior experience playing high-major basketball, as he spent his freshman season with Kansas State before transferring to South Florida. Miguel should serve as a solid depth piece for a Terrapin squad looking to rebound in 2024-25.

17. Roddy Gayle Jr. (Michigan)

2023-24 season at Ohio State: 13.5 PPG | 4.6 RPG | 3.1 APG | 44.9 FG% | 28.4 3PT%

Gayle makes the flip over to Michigan from arch-rival Ohio State, where he helped return the Buckeyes to postseason play after a one-year absence. Gayle is known for absorbing contact at the rim and his ability to catch and shoot, though he was only a 28 percent shooter from deep last season. If he can improve his game behind the arc, then he will be a solid piece as the Wolverines enter the Dusty May era.
