There will be a new NCAA Tournament bracket in our hands in less than two weeks. Months of games and years of preparation boil down to these next few weeks. We’ve already seen countless bracket projections while metrics and other figures get tossed around on a daily basis, but who exactly will be in that Tournament field?

Bracketology is important this time of the year as teams fight for positioning and inclusion in the NCAA Tournament. There’s no easy formula to picking the teams that deserve a ticket to dance, thus making these last few weeks even more intriguing, especially as regular season ends and conference tournaments begin.

Many of these teams will fall short, and that number will grow if conference tournaments provide bubble thieves in the days ahead. With only a few games left on the schedules, which teams will make that lasting final impression to the Selection Committee? Let’s begin our deep dives into exactly where some of these bubble teams sit right now.
