Busting Brackets bracketology is back! It's time to start thinking about brackets again. Teams have begun jockeying to be in the best position for March. For some, that means climbing the seed list or building a resume worthy of consideration for an at-large bid. For those teams in likely one-bid leagues that means making sure your team is prepared for conference play by challenging them over the first two months.

Resumes are being built and while games towards the end of the season get more scrutiny and feel like they are more important than ones before January, they are all important, and more often than not the reason those games in February and March feel more important is because of missed opportunities in the early parts of the year. Even though Selection Sunday is four months away it’s always fun to look at how teams and conferences fluctuate during the season through the lens of the selection process.

Now that the season is well underway, it's time to look at how a potential bracket may look and change as we head towards selection Sunday. Every couple of weeks from now until the bracket is revealed, I will give you a glimpse at what I think the bracket will look like along with the movers, shakers, and storylines in each region.

The calendar has turned to 2024 and it’s time to get league play underway. It also means it’s time for the next edition of Busting Brackets’ Bracketology. It’s time to look at what the field looks like with non-conference play in the rearview mirror. Happy New Year and happy bracket time, let’s get to the regions!
