21. New Orleans Pelicans - Kel’El Ware, C, Indiana

The Pelicans have needed a stretch big at the center spot ever since drafting Zion Williamson. With speculation that Jonas Valanciunas is not returning to the Pelicans, they could use a big man. With the Pelicans likely to trade Brandon Ingram this offseason, Zion will likely have the ball in his hands more often and the spacing of the floor will be so important for him to be able to get into the paint consistently and Ware will help the Pelicans play that style with his ability to shoot.

22. Phoenix Suns - Tyler Kolek, PG, Marquette

It’s been one of the worst-kept secrets that the Suns are enamored with Kolek. Additionally, after getting swept by the Minnesota Timberwolves in the first round of the playoffs last year, the Suns realized they’re not only missing depth on their star-heavily roster, but they’re also missing a true point guard. Kolek will be a true table setter for them and can run the second unit consistently and he’s also able to play with the starters if necessary. Kolek would be a huge contributor for the Suns as soon as his rookie year.

23. Milwaukee Bucks - JaKobe Walter, W, Baylor

The biggest issue with Walter is his inconsistency as a scorer. However, Walter is a tough shotmaker that measured 6’4.25” without shoes and a 6’10” wingspan. While playing alongside Giannis, Damian Lillard, and Khris Middleton, he’ll get his better shots than he took at Baylor, which should help with his efficiency. Walter can score all over the floor and playing alongside stars should minimize his usage and allow him to play more of a role.

24. New York Knicks - Carlton Carrington, PG, Pitt

Carrington would be an excellent backup for Jalen Brunson or he’s big enough and has the offball skills to allow him to play alongside Brunson as well. Carrington is one of the youngest players in this class and has some untapped upside as a playmaker. He can shoot, he has the size to defend, and he’s the type of player head coach Tom Thibodeau covets.
