27. Boogie Fland - Arkansas Razorbacks

2023-24 season stats: N/A

Fland is a 5-star prospect and one of the top point guards from the incoming freshmen class. He’s a 6’3 true ball-handler who can pass and score at the highest of levels and very well could start at Arkansas next season. Even if DJ Wagner breaks out, a case can be made that Fland will be the better pro prospect.

26. Kam Jones - Marquette Golden Eagles

2023-24 season stats: 17.2 ppg and 2.4 apg

The 6’4 guard is one of the most efficient players in NCAA Basketball, shooting 50% from the field and 40% from three-point range. Jones had four games of 30+ points last season, including a pair of 34-point back-to-back games. With former Big East Player of the Year guard Tyler Kolek gone, look for Jones to have an even larger role and if the efficiency stays high, he’ll be a guaranteed NBA Draft pick next year.

25. Adama Bal - Santa Clara Broncos

2023-24 season stats: 14.4 ppg and 3.1 apg

The 6’6 wing is a former top-50 prospect who went from not playing at Arizona to an All-WCC performer with the Broncos, who has a recent history of developing players to the pro route. Bal’s size, athleticism, and shot creation make him an intriguing prospect to watch in the WCC outside of Gonzaga.
