Team with question marks No. 4: Seton Hall Pirates

After narrowly missing the 2024 NCAA Tournament, the Seton Hall Pirates would still end their season on a high note, winning the NIT.

Despite this, the Pirates will enter the 2024-2025 campaign with question marks as one of the more intriguing duos in the Big East -- Kadary Richmond (St. John’s) and Dre Davis (Ole Miss) -- elected to enter the transfer portal.

Shaheen Holloway, who has developed the Pirates into one of the Big East’s better defensive units over the past two seasons, will lean on Dylan Addae-Wusu and Zion Harmon (Bethune Cookman) to man the backcourt.

On the wings, Scotty Middleton (Ohio State), a former four-star recruit, will look to take on a larger role in South Orange. Prince Aligbe (Boston College) and Emmanuel Okorafor (Louisville) will look to do the same.

The narrative surrounding this year’s Seton Hall group will be if Shaheen Holloway can get this group up to speed. The Pirates have many intriguing pieces, but many are unproven. How they will produce at the Big East level poses a major question mark for the Seton Hall Pirates.
