We've reached the latest benchmark of the NCAA Basketball offseason, as the deadline for players to decide whether or not to stay in the NBA Draft has passed. Some key decisions were made, such as David Jones (Memphis), DaRon Holmes (Dayton), and others opting to stay in the draft.

But others decided to return, cementing some programs as instant contenders for the 2024-25 season. Plus, more transfers have committed to teams, giving us an even better look on paper in terms of who to watch. Here's an updated look at the top-25 teams (currently) for next season.

Honorable Mention: Texas Longhorns

After losing starters Max Abmas and Tyrese Hunter, Texas may have upgraded its backcourt, landing transfers, Jordan Pope and Tramon Mark. They're two of the top scoring guards from the portal and the additions of former Indiana State guards Julian Larry and Jayson Kent gives them plenty of depth on the outside. Some concerns regarding its frontcourt depth keeps them from being in the top-25.

HM: UCLA Bruins

The Bruins bring back its top two guards (Dylan Andrews and Sebastian Mack), as well as six transfers pickups, including most notable, former Louisville guard Skyy Clark and several frontcourt players to replace Adem Bona. We'll see how they fit but Coach Mick Cronin doesn't have two straight bad years in a row.

25. Ohio State Buckeyes

New Coach Jake Diebler brings back star guard Bruce Thornton and adds Meechie Johnson from South Carolina, along with former 5-star prospects and offseason transfers, Aaron Bradshaw and Sean Stewart. If those two have a breakout year, Ohio State will be a team who has a high ceiling next season.
