For the last two and a half months, the NCAA Basketball transfer portal has been a major storyline in the sport. But now, in late June, we’re down to the last notable players left. The biggest free agent in the transfer portal is Arthur Kaluma, a three-year starter from Creighton and Kansas State.

After two seasons with the Bluejays, Kaluma was one of the top names in the portal when he entered a year ago. He ultimately picked the Wildcats, where he posted career-high numbers across the board. The junior forward averaged 14.4 ppg and 7.0 rpg, shooting 43% from the field and 35% from three-point range.

Kaluma had 20+ points on six occasions, including 23 points and seven rebounds against Iowa State, as well as a season-high 28 points, 10 rebounds, and four assists in a win over BYU. The 6’7 combo forward is a legit double-digit scorer with one year left of eligibility.

His recruitment has gone on for a while but Kaluma has reportedly taken a couple of official visits, with other teams in play. There’s a chance that other programs could come into the mix since he’s the best available player in the portal who can play at the power conference level. But for now, let’s focus on these four teams who have been linked publicly with Kaluma.

Here’s a closer look at his potential fit with each of them.
