21. Keyshawn Hall - George Mason to UCF

2023-24 season stats: 16.6 ppg and 8.1 rpg

The 6’7 guard/forward was the star at GMU last season, going for 20+ points on 10 occasions. One of them was a 27-point and 13-rebound effort against La Salle in league play. Hall and his versatility join a UCF roster that lost nearly its entire frontcourt, including Marchelus Avery and CJ Walker. Look for him to be an offensive upgrade.

20. Marques Warrick - Northern Kentucky to Missouri

2023-24 season stats: 19.9 ppg and 2.4 apg

Warrick is the rare four-time all-conference player, averaging 15+ ppg each year for the Norse. The 6’2 guard had four games with at least 30 points, including a career-high 39 against Wright State. He looks to continue the tradition of Horizon League stars joining Coach Gates at Missouri, a team desperately looking for a lead guard.

19. Wesley Cardet - Chicago State to Providence

2023-24 season stats: 18.7ppg and 4.5 rpg

The 6’6 guard played an all-independent schedule for Chicago State this past season but had some big games against D-I foes. That includes 30 points in wins over both UC San Diego and Northwestern. Cardet is one of the top pure scorers in the country and will be in the Big East next season for the Friars as the perimeter replacement for Devin Carter.
