12. Dante Maddox - Toledo to Xavier

2023-24 season stats: 15.6 ppg and 4.3 rpg

The 6’2 scoring guard is a four-year career 40% shooter from deep, having 10 games with at least 20 points. He’s a good rebounder for his size as well and should fit well with another guard commit for Xavier, Marcus Foster. Maddox is another key backcourt addition, helping replace last season’s leading scorer for Xavier, Quincy Olivari.

11. Ryan Conwell - Indiana State to Xavier

2023-24 season stats: 16.6 ppg and 5.8 rpg

The second-leading scorer on the loaded Indiana State team, Conwell was the sharpshooter. He made 41% of his three-point shots on seven attempts a game, including 12 games of at least 20 points. One was a 27-point effort against Utah in the NIT semifinals. He gives Xavier a needed shooting boost, replacing the outgoing Desmond Claude, who made just 24% from deep as their leading scorer.

10. Tony Perkins - Iowa to Missouri 

2023-24 season stats: 14.0 ppg and 4.6 apg

The 6’4 guard has 81 career starts in four seasons at Iowa, coming off career-high numbers. Perkins had seven games of at least 20 points, as well as a 15-assist game against Nebraska. He’s a proven power conference starter and should slide in to replace Sean East for Missouri.
