In a historic weekend for NCAA Basketball, there were a ton of quality matchups that automatically caused the top-25 power rankings to change. But due to so many teams losing and then beating someone big, there weren't a ton of changes as to who made the final cut.

Ahead of Sunday's games (before the conclusion of Purdue vs Wisconsin), here's a look at the latest top-25 rankings.

Honorable Mention: Colorado State Rams - 17-5 (5-4 Mountain West)

After losing road games at Nevada and Wyoming, Colorado State needed to bounce back to remain in the Mountain West title race. Up first was a home battle with San Diego State in a battle of Conference Player of the Year candidates.

The edge went to Isaiah Stevens, who went for 20 points and six assists in the 79-71 win. Nique Clifford had 20 points, 10 rebounds, five assists, and four steals in the big win. And forward Joel Scott not only held star Aztec Jaedon LeDee to just 13 points but he went for 15 himself.

In the weekend game, Colorado State went on the road to take on Fresno State. Offense was hard to find early but to the Rams’ credit, they got going in the second half, scoring 42 points to win 73-61. It was a balanced effort offensively, with all five starters in double figures. Scott was the MVP of this game, going for 14 points, six rebounds, and six assists.

The Rams come back home this week to take on Boise State and San Jose State. The matchup with the Broncos is going to be the big one to watch but don’t overlook the Spartans, who have shown to be capable of pulling off an upset.
