A lot of Overtime last night leads you into a day with three total games on this Friday slate.

Overtime was the theme last night. Numerous games went to the extra five minutes. Arizona beat Utah in Salt Lake in three overtimes. UAB beat Florida Atlantic in Overtime. Those were the most notable but other mid-major games went to overtime as well. Hawaii beat UC San Diego, North Dakota State beat Kansas City, South Dakota beat Denver, Northern Kentucky beat Oakland, Green Bay beat Robert Morris, and Merrimack beat Long Island. All those games were completed in overtime.

Some other notable results happened in regulation as well. NJIT beat Vermont in the America East. It was the first time in 23 America East games that Vermont had lost. Bubble teams Washington State, Oregon, and Colorado all won. While Iowa lost to Penn State. UNC Wilmington beat Drexel to take over first place in the CAA and North Dakota beat Omaha for their seventh win in a row.

Yesterday I went 49-14 overall that brings my 93 day total to 2,705-1,097 overall. The scheduling has been very weird this season and there are only three total games today. All the games have significance but with only three total games there is not much to get excited about. There are a ton of games on tomorrow, but we must get there first. Picks for day 94 February 9, 2024, are below.

Dayton over VCU

Nevada over San Diego State

Colorado State over San Jose State

That is the schedule today. Three impact games Dayton and Colorado State are already solid in the field are just playing for seeding now. San Diego State is also already in the field, but Nevada needs as many wins as they can get and a win over San Diego State would do wonders for their NCAA tournament resume.
