14. Colorado State Rams - 9-1

There weren't any games for the Rams this past week, leaving the home loss to Saint Mary's as the last thing on their minds. The Gaels have certainly struggled this season but still has the potential of being an NCAA Tournament team. If nothing else, that loss shouldn't end up being too damaging for their resume.

The rest of Colorado State's non-conference performance puts them in a great spot for an at-large bid. Wins over Creighton, Washington, and Colorado are going to look great, while Boston College shouldn't hurt either. Even mid-majors such as Louisiana Tech and Wright State have a chance to compete in their respective leagues.

Although they're missing a couple of rotation pieces for a bit, the Rams arguably have the best player in the Mountain West in Isaiah Stevens, who leads them with 17.5 ppg and 7.5 apg. If he keeps up with those kinds of passing numbers, he'll rank around the top in all of NCAA Basketball this season. Three other double-digit scorers have benefitted from Stevens passing ability, including forwards Joel Scott and Patrick Cartier.

The Rams have two games this upcoming week to round out the non-conference portion of the schedule. The first is on Sunday against a non-DI team, Colorado State-Pueblo. Then comes a road battle against LMU, which should be competitive.
