15. Trey Townsend - Arizona Wildcats

2023-24 season stats (at Oakland): 17.3 ppg and 8.1 rpg

The 6’6 forward was the Horizon League POY, leading Oakland to both a conference tournament title and an upset over Kentucky in the Big Dance. Townsend had 10 games with at least 20 points last season, including a career-high 38 points and 11 rebounds versus Milwaukee in the title game. He replaces Keshad Johnson as the new starting forward and will be the focal point in the frontcourt next season.

14. Tucker DeVries - West Virginia Mountaineers

2023-24 season stats (at Drake): 21.6 ppg and 6.7 rpg

Tucker is a two-time MVC POY star, coming off leading the conference in scoring. DeVries had four games of at least 30 points, including 39 points and 13 rebounds in OT against UIC. The younger DeVries followed his father and coach Darian over to West Virginia, where he’s set to be the clear go-to scorer on the roster.

13. Great Osobor - Washington Huskies

2023-24 season stats (at Utah State): 17.7 ppg and 9.0 rpg

Another former Conference Player of the Year, Osobor dominated the Mountain West while at Utah State, shooting 58% from the field and having four games with at least 29 points last season. He also followed his HC to his new stop, with Osobor being the star pickup of a newly rebuilt Washington roster.

12. Desmond Claude - USC Trojans

2023-24 season stats (at Xavier): 16.6 ppg and 4.2 rpg

The 6’6 guard was a breakout contributor at Xavier, earning Most Improved in the Big East. Claude had 12 games of at least 20 points, including a career-high 36 points at Georgetown. He’s the most proven Power Conference performer at USC among all of the new transfers and projects to be the go-to guy in the backcourt to watch.

11. AJ Storr - Kansas Jayhawks

2023-24 season stats (at Wisconsin): 16.8 ppg and 3.9 rpg

The 6’6 guard is coming off a breakout sophomore campaign at Wisconsin, leading them in scoring on 43% shooting. Storr was in double figures in all but two games while posting a season-high 30 points in the Big Ten Tournament versus Northwestern. Among the incoming guard transfers, Storr is the guy most likely to start on the wing to replace the likes of Johnny Furphy and Kevin McCullar.
