75. Ryan Conwell - Xavier Musketeers

2023-24 season stats (at Indiana State): 16.6 ppg and 5.8 rpg

The 6’4 shooting guard thrived in his lone year at Indiana State, with his big success being his 40% 3-point shooting numbers at seven a game. Conwell had 11 games with at least 20 points, including 27 in a win over Utah in the NIT. He might not be as good a natural scorer as outgoing guard Desmond Claude was at Xavier but he’s definitely an upgrade as a pure shooter.

74. Duke Miles - Oklahoma Sooners

2023-24 season stats (at High Point): 17.5 ppg and 3.6 apg

The 6’2 guard played a big role in High Point’s team turnaround last season, leading them in both scoring and passing. That includes Miles going for 32 points in OT versus Hofstra. He’s the replacement for both Javian McCullom and Milos Uzan in the backcourt at Oklahoma, is the lone proven veteran guard for next season.

73. Wesley Cardet - Providence Friars

2023-24 season stats (at Chicago State): 18.7 ppg and 4.5 rpg

The former top-100 prospect led Chicago State in scoring this past season, even though a large portion came against non-DI teams due to them being an independent. Yet Cardet did have big games on the road against more notable programs, including 30 against both UC San Diego and in the upset versus Northwestern. The hope for Providence is that he can be nearly the same kind of scorer that Devin Carter was as a potential go-to option next season.

72. Darlinstone Dubar - Tennessee Volunteers

2023-24 season stats (at Hofstra): 17.8 ppg and 6.8 rpg

The 6’6 wing started the last three years of Hofstra but is coming off huge numbers, shooting 40% from deep. He had a pair of 30-point games, including one against Stony Brook on the road. Dubar’s versatility makes him the replacement for Josiah-Jordan James and set to be one of the top-scoring options on the roster.

71. Deivon Smith - St. John’s Red Storm

2023-24 season stats (at Utah): 13.3 ppg, 6.3 rpg, and 7.1 apg

In his lone year at Utah, Smith became one of the biggest triple-double threats in the country, producing five last year alone. He made 41% from deep on 71 attempts and for a 6’1 guard, is an excellent rebounder for his size. Smith is part of a new-look backcourt where with another transfer, could be the premier all-around perimeter in NCAA Basketball next season.
