65. Jamal Mashburn - Temple Owls

2023-24 season stats (at New Mexico): 14.1 ppg and 2.1 rpg

Mashburn’s stats took a dip compared to the previous two years, where he averaged nearly 19 ppg on 43% shooting from the field. The two-time all-league guard now moves over to the American, replacing Hysier Miller as the new lead guard. The proven Mashburn has the chance to be one of the top guards in the league next season.

64. DJ Davis - Washington Huskies

2023-24 season stats (at Butler): 13.5 ppg and 3.2 rpg

The former UC Irvine star was a standout performer at Butler, with eight games of at least 20 points, including 28 versus Villanova. Davis is the one power conference newcomer at Washington, projected to be the lead guard on the roster.

63. Tre White - Illinois Fighting Illini

2023-24 season stats at (Louisville): 12.3 ppg and 5.9 rpg

The 6’7 versatile wing had a number of big outings in his lone year at Louisville, including a season-high 29 points and 14 rebounds against Clemson. White now moves to Illinois, which lost two of the best wings in the country in Marcus Domask and Terrence Shannon Jr.

62. Javon Small - West Virginia Mountaineers

2023-24 season stats (at Oklahoma State): 15.1 ppg and 4.1 apg

Small was able to exceed his offensive production from his days at ECU, including shooting a career-high 37% from deep on five attempts a game. The 6’2 guard filled up the stat sheet just about every game, including a 34-point effort at BYU. He’s the clear lead guard on a rebuilding WVU squad, who lost Kerr Kriisa to the portal as well.

61. Elijah Hawkins - Texas Tech Red Raiders

2023-24 season stats (at Minnesota): 9.5 ppg and 7.5 apg

Hawkins, who was a star at Howard before entering the portal a year ago, ranked 3rd in all of NCAA Basketball in passing, including 17 against IUPUI. He’s now in the Big 12 at Texas Tech, which lost Pop Isaacs and Joe Toussaint this offseason. Look for the passing wizard to elevate the Red Raiders’ offense to one of the best in the league.
