Kansas State Wildcats

Coach Jerome Tang has gone on the national stage as a top up-and-coming head coach, making Kansas State a competitive Big 12 program. Between Markquis Nowell from last season and the guard duo of Cam Carter and Tylor Perry, there are good examples of his work with perimeter players. Thomas would be the focal point of the offense and get to play in one of the top leagues.

Kentucky Wildcats

There’s clear mutual interest between Thomas and Kentucky, as he has become one of the team’s top class of 2025 targets. There’s a good chance that all of the current freshmen guards will be gone by the 2025-26 season and regardless of what 5-star commit Boogie Fland does a year from now, the team will have plenty of room for Thomas and a couple of others in the future.

Michigan Wolverines

Juwan Howard has shown that he can develop lead guards, including his son, to become NBA players. Even in this down season, Dug McDaniel has played like an All-Big Ten player. The big question here is whether or not the coach is around in two years by the time Thomas arrives.
