Duke Blue Devils

Mullins’ stock has risen to the point where not only is Duke interested but he could find a way to get into the rotation. However, there are just as many former top-50 guys who have to transfer out due to being over-recruited and then end up going straight to the NBA. This current team likely won’t have Sion James and Tyrese Proctor for more than one year but incoming freshmen Darren Haris and Kon Knueppel may or may not be early pro candidates. Like with all prospects interested in Duke, there’s a ton of risk but also a ton of reward.

Indiana Hoosiers

Even after losing former 5-star commit Liam McNeely, Indiana still had one of the better offseasons in all of NCAA Basketball, landing several key transfers. Even still, the Hoosiers still have some potential questions in terms of shooting. That’ll be especially true once senior guards Trey Galloway and Anthony Leal are gone after next season. As the “hometown” option, Mullins would have a big role at Indiana to give them a guaranteed spacing option.

Kansas Jayhawks

Kansas landed two off-guard transfers this offseason in AJ Storr and Rylan Griffen, two of the top players out of the portal. There’s also Jamari McDowell, a former top-100 prospect entering his sophomore campaign. This is also a team that’s lacked pure shooting at times so even if Coach Bill Self opts to go into the portal again next offseason, there should be room for a capable floor spacer like Mullins to join.
