In what's been a busy week on the NCAA Basketball recruiting trail, another prospect is set to announce a decision. This time, it's Ryder Frost, a consensus 4-star prospect in the 2025 class out of the state of Massachusetts. He's a 6'6 small forward, known for being a prolific pure shooter.

Frost's shooting ability alone will make him an appealing prospect at the college level, with six teams reportedly in the mix. Ahead of Friday's announcement, here's a closer look at how he'd fit with each of them.

Iowa Hawkeyes

The Hawkeyes will be losing star forward Payton Sandfort after next season, one of the best pure shooting wings in NCAA Basketball. Outside of transfer Seydou Traore, there's not much depth for the team available going forward. Frost could get plenty of playing time and Coach Fran McCaffery has a great history of development for prospects like him.

Michigan Wolverines

New Coach Dusty May doesn't have a ton of depth on the wings, with senior Nimari Burnett projected to start there. Outside of him and senior Jace Howard, Michigan could use someone like Frost to provide an immiediate impact. Pairing him and Alabama transfer Sam Walters together has plenty of offensive potential.

Notre Dame Fighting Irish

It's been a nice week for the Irish, landing 5-star guard prospect Jalen Haralson and four-star forward commit Brady Koehler. With Princeton transfer Matt Allocco leaving, there still would be room on the wing for someone like Frost to join. Plus, he could thrive in Coach Micah Shrewsberry's offensive system that relies on spacing.

Syracuse Orange

The Orange has a commit in the 2025 class in Sadiq White Jr., a four-star wing prospect. With transfer Jyare Davis and returning wing Chris Bell on board for the next two years, there could be a logjam that Frost has to deal with if he picks this option, though those two could play at the four-spot as well.

Virginia Tech Hokies

The Hokies have had good shooters in the past, including guards from last season, Hunter Cattoor and Sean Pedulla. There are some questions as to how good the current group is, mainly on the wings. This is a spot where Frost could get big minutes early, even with four-star Sin'Cere Jones on board in the 2025 class.

Wisconsin Badgers

The Badgers have two class of 2025 commits (Zach Kinzigler and Will Garlock) but neither are wings. With AJ Storr gone, there's a clear lack of wing depth, allowing someone like Frost to have an immeidate impact. With most of the team's current lead guys being seniors, it presents an opportunity for him to have a large role out the gate.
