Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets

GT already has a pair of four-star guard commits in the 2025 class, including Akai Fleming and Brandon Stores Jr. Assuming that sophomore forward Baye Ndongo is a future NBA Draft prospect, they’ll need a new core of frontcourt pieces. They do already have incoming freshmen Cole Kirouac and Daryan Onwuchekwa and if they play well, could force Gilhool to stay on the bench to start out his NCAA Basketball career.

Iowa Hawkeyes

When it comes to developing offensive talent in the frontcourt, Coach Fran McCaffery is quietly one of the better ones in the sport. He’s likely to have a future first-round draft prospect starting at forward in Payton Sandfort, who’ll be gone after next season. The team does have underclassmen such as Cooper Koch and Chris Tadjo joining the team but on paper, Gilhool could be better and the type of offensive talent that could thrive for the Hawkeyes.

LSU Tigers

The Tigers have a lot of forwards on the roster that aren’t seniors, including Jalen Reed, Corey Chest, and incoming four-star prospect, Robert Miller. There’s a real chance that any of them could break out and create a future logjam. This is a rebuilding roster still in the Coach Matt McMahon era and if things don’t improve, could be on the hot seat sooner rather than later.
