8. Jalen Shelley - No. 59 prospect

Shelley is a 6’7 wing from the state of Texas who originally committed to Arkansas under Coach Mussleman. He’s a good athlete with size and two-way potential but also projects to be a multi-year prospect in college. Since he committed fairly early to the Razorbacks, Shelley didn’t have a big recruitment that involved other teams.

Still, expect many from the Southern Region to get involved with the athlete, who seems to have a wide-open recruitment at the moment. It’s hard to see him following Coach Musselman to Los Angeles at USC, especially after landing Boise State transfer forward, Chibuzo Agbo.

7. Somto Cyril - No. 44 prospect

The 6’10 and 240-pound center has been dominating Overtime Elite, using his size and physical advantages down low. He’s still a fairly raw prospect overall but has the measurables and athleticism needed to excel. Cyril was set to be part of Kentucky’s class before Cal left and unlike others, seems to be willing to go elsewhere.

Recently, Cyril has taken an official visit to Georgia, a team that could really use him. Frontcourt wasn’t a strength for them this past season and most are gone, creating a potential opportunity for him to have meaningful minutes as a freshman.
