Things have changed at a great scale across the sport of college basketball in recent years. Regardless, the goal of the sport remains the same: not only winning the NCAA Tournament but for each of these individual players to put themselves in the best position for future success. Both reasons are likely root causes for the mayhem in the Transfer Portal in recent weeks, though it’s not the Transfer Portal that we’re thinking about.

We’re focused on that dream that every young basketball in this country dreams at some point. Thousands dream of hitting buzzer beaters in the Final Four, but not everyone can be like Kris Jenkins or Lamont Butler after all. Even though an overwhelming majority of college basketball players won’t cut down the nets as champions or have those moments, they’re still worth remembering.

Continuing that remembrance, we’re looking at last season yet again in the latest edition of our article series. We’ve been looking at the past season’s best players who wore each individual number. Of course jersey number doesn’t correlate to anything specific on the court; this is simply a new and interesting way to break down some of the standouts from this sport.

You’re invited to look back at the seven previous articles in this series, though today’s focus turns towards those individuals who donned #11 this year. We’ll again be considering a relatively large list of honorable mentions before diving into the Top 10, knowing that there are plenty of talented players who just missed the cut completely. Without further ado, let’s look at what those in #11 did these past few months.
