4. Noah Reynolds (Green Bay)

The first three seasons of college basketball for Reynolds have seen him grow from a modest bench piece to a high-profile scorer. The Illinois native spent his first two seasons out at Wyoming, but he opted to follow Sundance Wicks to Green Bay this past offseason. Wicks took over as the head coach for the Phoenix and lured Reynolds along, a result that would pay off for both them and their program.

In what would be his lone season at Green Bay, Reynolds would average 20.0 points, 3.7 rebounds, and 4.5 assists per game. He was one of the most utilized players in the country and stood out in his own conference, earning First Team All-Horizon League. Most importantly, Reynolds led the Phoenix to an 18-win season and a 3rd place finish in the league, which represented a monumental improvement over their 3-29 mark before his arrival.

With those types of numbers, Reynolds was showing up in a major way on offense for the Phoenix. He dropped 31 points in a road win at UIC in December and would add five 30-point performances during conference play. The most notable was a 39-point, 6-rebound outing in an impressive win over Wright State, helping the Phoenix to that impressive league finish. Green Bay made massive strides, though Reynolds will continue his career at TCU, hoping to make even a fraction of that impact as a senior.
