4. Tyrece Radford (Texas A&M)

The fifth collegiate season for Radford was just as potent and productive as the first four, though it also featured the best production of his career. He spent his first two seasons as a starting guard at Virginia Tech before making the transition from the ACC to the SEC. Radford started all but one of the games he played across the last three seasons and certainly settled into a role as a major factor for Texas A&M basketball.

This past season saw him take another step forward, this time averaging 16.5 points, 6.5 rebounds, and 2.6 assists a game for the Aggies. Radford was one of the big factors in a season that ended in the NCAA Tournament and was one of the top scorers and rebounders in the SEC. There was a lot to love about his game and the impact he had on a nightly basis with this program, especially with his veteran leadership.

Buzz Williams got plenty of good from his veteran guard, including twin 21-point efforts in early road wins at Ohio State and SMU. Radford dropped 28 points in a huge win over Kentucky and later scored 27 in an impressive win against Tennessee. Not only did he play great basketball during the regular season, Radford really showed up in the postseason. After helming the Aggies to a pair of wins in the SEC Tournament, Radford would total 20 points against Nebraska before a 27-point, 15-rebound effort in a season-ending loss to Houston.
