24. Tulane Green Wave

Entering the sixth season of the Ron Hunter era in New Orleans, the Tulane Green Wave will undoubtedly have a new look with tempered expectations after returning only 9.4 percent of their minutes, according to BartTorvik’s preseason projections, on a team that finished 14-17 (5-13) in the AAC in 2023-24.

With the departure of Sion James (Duke) and Jaylen Forbes (graduation) in the backcourt, incoming three-star CG Kyle Green -- who de-committed from UCF in March and held various offers from P5 schools -- will have to play the heaving lifting in the backcourt alongside Georgetown transfer Rowan Brumbaugh.

Green, who attended Pace Academy in Atlanta, Georgia, boasts a 6-foot-2 frame and is rated as the 23rd-best combo guard in the class of 2024, according to 24/7 Sports Recruiting.

Thankfully for the Green Wave, In addition to Kyle Green, Tulane has the 35th-best composite rank recruiting class in the country -- the best in the AAC -- according to 24/7 Sports, giving reason for optimism entering 2024-25.

Kam Williams, a three-star versatile forward, is another name to watch.

Given the mass exodus in the offseason for the Green Wave, Ron Hunter will have to lean on his recruiting class -- who are poised to make an instant impact -- to keep Tulane competitive in the AAC.
